EIP Install System Requirements
Before installing the EIP connector, make sure your environment meets the following requirements
Error: Invalid License displayed on the Touch Screen of the MFP
This solution only applies to EIP for DocuShare
Error: callback_failure Alert window displayed on MFP when using EIP
When trying to use the EIP connector for DocuShare to add/scan a document,
while the “data is being transmitted" message is displayed an Alert pop up window appears displaying a “callback_failure” error.
